Web Design rates
Basic site $350 – A basic site can consist of up to 4 to 5 pages, including a combination of the following, a Home page with About or Info copy, Resume page, Headshot page (including up to 6 photos), Video page (including up to 2 video links) and Contact page. A consultation and recommendation on the best hosting plan for the client is included in the basic rate. Thorough testing of all links is done prior to signing-off on the work, as well as mobile device compatibility. Video Backgrounds are included in the Basic rate, though if there are issues with the video file you provide or if a video file has to be edited from your materials an additional charge will be accrued at an hourly rate of $50/hr. Domain coordination $100 – SRVCSrendered will work with a domain provider on behalf of the client to establish the client’s domain name(s). Client credit card information is needed for this. The cost of the domain name(s) is an additional, annual expense of the client.
Hosting account coordination $100 – SRVCSrendered will work with the platform provider on behalf of the client to establish the client’s hosting account. Client credit card information is needed for this. A consultation and recommendation on the best hosting plan for the client is included in the basic rate above. The cost of the hosting plan is an additional, annual expense of the client.
News page $100 – SRVCSrendered will establish a News page for the client from text provided by the client.
Blog page $50
Voice Over page $50
Additional Headshots $20 – Flat fee for each additional headshots over the standard 6.
Production Photo Gallery $75 – Production photo gallery established on a Picture page along with the client’s headshots.
Additional videos $25 – For each video in excess of the standard 2 covered under the basic rate above. If the client has multiple video clips to display, the video players can be together on 1 page or individually on their own page, with a video menu such as this. If videos are listed on individual pages the cost is $50 per video.
Twitter feed $25 – A feed of the client's Twitter posts can be established on a web page of the client’s choosing. These work well as an additional feature on a News page, but can go on any page.
Project or site links on Resume or About/Info pages, $25 per link – Flat fee if the client would like their resume credits to be linked to a webpage or video player either located on the client’s website or to an external site. Similar links can also be set up on the client's About/Info page.
Web Maintenance $50.00 – For a 12 month period after the client’s website is up and running SRVCSrendered will make up to 5 minor updates, such as a headshot swap, resume addition or News update for the client at no extra charge. After the 5 free changes are used the client may pay a $50 fee for a credit of 5 additional minor changes.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
All forms of payment other than cash are subject to 2.8% processing fee.
Though we are located in the Twin Cities market, this service is available to actors in every market.
